Golf Tournament
Get ready to tee off at the Montana Coal Council Annual Golf Tournament on July 14th at the scenic Pryor Creek Golf Club, We’re spicing things up this year with a special opportunity – contribute $10 per mulligan at the sign-up desk as a PAC contribution! Check-in kicks off bright and early at 7:30 am, so be sure to arrive on time.
The tournament swings into action promptly at 8:00 am, followed by a delicious lunch provided at 1 pm. But wait, there’s more! Join us in the evening at the hotel for the banquet, where we’ll be awarding some fantastic prizes. The Gross Score and Net Score winning teams will each walk away with a prize, and we’ve got exciting hole prizes up for grabs too!

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
All events will take place at The Northern Hotel in Billings, MT. Room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, the reservation block will expire on Friday, June 13, 2025, so be sure to book your rooms before then!

Room Rates
$165.00 for Classic King or Queen Guest Room (single or double occupancy)
$185.00 for Classic Double Queen Guest Room (single or double occupancy)
$165.00 for Classic King Suites (single or double occupancy) These rates are per room, per night, and are subject to an 8% Bed Tax and a $4.00 TBID fee.
Reservation Method
To reserve a room, call the hotel at (406) 867-6767.
A credit card required to guarantee the reservation. Please mention the MT Coal Council room block to access the special group. Guests will be responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges, and must present a valid credit card and ID upon check-in.
Guestroom Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM the day prior to the arrival. Any cancellations after this time will incur a charge for one night's room and tax to the credit used for the booking. If a guest checks out earlier than the contracted departure date, they will charged for the full duration of the original reservation. final date to make hotel reservations is June 13, 2025!
