Ron Destefano

Mr. Destefano currently serves as Vice-President/ Associate Principal and Department Manager for Mining/ Material Handling group at CDG Engineers.  The firm provides engineering design services to the mining and power generation industries as well as manufacturing and municipal entities in both domestic and international markets.  Prior to coming to work for CDG Engineers, Mr. Destefano served and Manager of Project Engineering for Kennecott Energy Company with responsibility for property acquisition evaluations, project capital justifications and long-term productivity improvement evaluations.  Mr. Destefano also served as Technical Manager for NERCO’s Spring Creek Coal Company mine located in Decker, Montana with responsibilities for mine engineering, mine and reclamation planning, reclamation operations, regulatory compliance and mine-wide IT services.
